Política de privacidad

Esta web recoge datos personales en un único sitio: el formulario de contacto. Aquí explicamos qué pasa con ellos, sin letra pequeña.

1. Quién es el responsable

Citric Intelligence LLC, sociedad de responsabilidad limitada constituida conforme a las leyes del Estado de Missouri (Estados Unidos).

2. Representante en la Unión Europea

Como la empresa está establecida fuera de la Unión Europea y ofrece sus servicios a personas y empresas de la UE, ha designado como representante en la UE, conforme al artículo 27 del Reglamento General de Protección de Datos (RGPD), a Mayela Zambrano, residente en España. Puedes dirigirte a ella en privacy@citricintelligence.com.

3. Qué datos recogemos

Solo los que nos das en el formulario «Consigue tu plan»: el tamaño y la etapa de tu empresa, qué intentas resolver, dónde viven tus datos, quién se ocupa de ellos, con qué decisión empezarías, cuándo querrías empezar y, al final, tu nombre, email, empresa, rol y cualquier mensaje que añadas. Guardamos también el plan que te hemos mostrado. Además, con el envío registramos el idioma en que estabas viendo la web y la dirección de la página desde la que escribiste.

Si nos escribes directamente a privacy@citricintelligence.com, tratamos los datos que incluyas en ese correo.

No usamos analítica, píxeles de seguimiento ni publicidad. No elaboramos perfiles ni tomamos decisiones automatizadas sobre ti.

4. Para qué y con qué base legal

Usamos tus datos únicamente para responder a tu consulta y, si nos lo pides, preparar una propuesta. La base legal es la aplicación de medidas precontractuales a petición tuya (art. 6.1.b RGPD) y tu consentimiento, que das al marcar la casilla del formulario (art. 6.1.a RGPD). Puedes retirar ese consentimiento en cualquier momento escribiendo a privacy@citricintelligence.com.

No usamos tus datos para enviarte comunicaciones comerciales que no hayas pedido, ni los vendemos o cedemos a terceros.

5. Quién más interviene

Para que el formulario funcione nos apoyamos en proveedores que tratan los datos por cuenta nuestra y siguiendo nuestras instrucciones:

• Amazon Web Services: aloja la web y procesa el envío del formulario y del correo, en Estados Unidos (región us-east-1).
• Google: el mensaje llega a los buzones de correo de los dos socios, alojados en Gmail.

6. Transferencias internacionales

Citric Intelligence LLC está en Estados Unidos, así que al enviar el formulario tus datos se transfieren fuera del Espacio Económico Europeo. Amazon Web Services y Google (Gmail) están adheridos al Marco de Privacidad de Datos UE-EE. UU. (EU-US Data Privacy Framework). La transferencia es necesaria para atender la consulta que tú nos haces (art. 49.1.b RGPD).

7. Cuánto tiempo los guardamos

El servicio de envío no guarda el contenido del formulario: se transmite por correo y no queda almacenado en nuestra infraestructura. Los registros técnicos del envío, que no contienen tus datos, se borran a los 30 días. Los correos que llegan a privacy@citricintelligence.com se reciben en un almacenamiento temporal que se borra automáticamente a los 7 días.

Conservamos el correo con tu consulta mientras sea necesario para atenderla. Si no llega a haber relación comercial, lo eliminamos en un plazo máximo de 12 meses. Si pasas a ser cliente, se conserva mientras dure la relación y durante los plazos que exija la ley.

8. Tus derechos

Puedes pedir el acceso, la rectificación o la supresión de tus datos, la limitación de su tratamiento, oponerte a él o solicitar su portabilidad. Escríbenos a privacy@citricintelligence.com indicando qué necesitas; te responderemos en el plazo de un mes.

Si crees que no hemos tratado bien tus datos, puedes reclamar ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es) o ante la autoridad de control de tu país.

9. Cookies y almacenamiento local

Esta web no usa cookies. Guarda en tu navegador (almacenamiento local) un único dato: el idioma que eliges, para mostrártelo la próxima vez. Es imprescindible para esa función, no identifica a nadie y no se envía a ningún servidor. Puedes borrarlo desde los ajustes de tu navegador.

Las tipografías y todos los demás recursos se sirven desde nuestro propio dominio: abrir la web no envía peticiones a terceros.

10. Menores

Nuestros servicios se dirigen a empresas. No recogemos conscientemente datos de menores de 14 años.

11. Cambios

Si cambiamos esta política, publicaremos aquí la nueva versión con su fecha.

This website collects personal data in one place only: the contact form. This page explains what happens to it, with no small print.

2. Representative in the European Union

Because the company is established outside the European Union and offers its services to people and businesses in the EU, it has appointed Mayela Zambrano, resident in Spain, as its EU representative under Article 27 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). 3. What we collect

Only what you give us in the “Get your plan” form: your company's size and stage, what you're trying to solve, where your data lives, who looks after it, which decision you'd start with, when you'd want to start and, at the end, your name, email, company, role and any message you add. We also record which plan you were shown. With each submission we also record the language you were viewing the site in and the address of the page you wrote from.

If you email privacy@citricintelligence.com directly, we process whatever data that email contains.

We use no analytics, tracking pixels or advertising. We do not profile you or make automated decisions about you.

4. Why, and on what legal basis

We use your data only to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent, given by ticking the box on the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw that consent at any time by writing to privacy@citricintelligence.com.

We do not use your data to send you marketing you did not ask for, and we never sell or share it with third parties.

5. Who else is involved

To make the form work we rely on providers who process data on our behalf and on our instructions:

• Amazon Web Services: hosts the website and processes the form and email delivery, in the United States (us-east-1 region).
• Google: messages arrive in the two partners' mailboxes, hosted on Gmail.

6. International transfers

Citric Intelligence LLC is in the United States, so sending the form transfers your data outside the European Economic Area. Amazon Web Services and Google (Gmail) participate in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The transfer is necessary to respond to the enquiry you make (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR).

7. How long we keep it

The delivery service does not store what you submit: it is sent by email and is not kept in our infrastructure. Technical delivery logs, which do not contain your data, are deleted after 30 days. Emails to privacy@citricintelligence.com pass through temporary storage that is deleted automatically after 7 days.

We keep the email with your enquiry for as long as we need to deal with it. If no business relationship follows, we delete it within 12 months at most. If you become a client, it is kept for the length of the relationship and for any period the law requires.

8. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or erase your data, restrict or object to its processing, or receive it in a portable format. Write to privacy@citricintelligence.com saying what you need; we will reply within one month.

If you believe we have mishandled your data, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or to the supervisory authority in your country.

9. Cookies and local storage

This website does not use cookies. It stores a single item in your browser's local storage: the language you choose, so it is shown next time. It is necessary for that feature, identifies no one and is never sent to a server. You can clear it in your browser settings.

Typefaces and every other resource are served from our own domain: opening the website sends no requests to third parties.

10. Children

Our services are aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14.

11. Changes

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version here with its date.
